Learn to map your unique brain and nervous system and to embrace your natural gifts and inner resources. You will learn a unique model of ADHD which celebrates your unique differences, whilst validating the difficulties you might experience as part of your ADHD.
Day 2:
Breaking Free From Inner Judgement
Discover the ways you have learned to judge and reject your own uniqueness. You will learn how to meet your uniqueness with kindness and compassion.
Day 3:
Celebrating Difference
ADHD brains function differently to ‘neuro-typical’ brains which brings many unique talents and potentialities. You will learn how to celebrate what makes your brain special and how to support these potentials.
Day 4:
Identifiying Your Unique Needs
When we understand and learn to meet the needs of our ADHD brain, we can thrive and reach our full potential. You will be guided to understand your needs, along with how to meet them and advocate for them.
Day 5:
Working With Your Nervous System
A dysregulated nervous system impacts our ADHD brain, and our ADHD brain can dysregulate our nervous system. You will learn this important interconnection, along with what it takes to bring regulation and balance.
