LEE HARBOUR
Lee is a senior member of the psychology team at the Optimum Health Clinic, alongside being a tutor on the Therapeutic Coaching practitioner training program.

Having had a successful previous career as a Chartered Accountant, Lee came to being a psychology practitioner as a result of his own ME/CFS healing journey.

As part of this journey he discovered he was Autistic and had ADHD, which catalyzed a deeper dive into these conditions and how to understand them through the lens of Therapeutic Coaching.

Over recent years Lee has been developing a framework for navigating and working with neurodiversity and has been teaching this to Therapeutic Coaching graduates as part of CPD sessions. Lee is excited to now be bringing this work to a wider audience via this brand new Decode series, and an upcoming 6 week online course Embracing ADHD.

The five-day agenda...

Day 1:

Your ADHD - Making Sense of Your Experience

Learn to map your unique brain and nervous system, and to embrace your natural gifts and inner resources. You will learn a unique model of ADHD which celebrates your unique differences, whilst validating the difficulties you might experience as part of your ADHD.

Day 2:

Breaking Free From Inner Judgement

Discover the ways you have learned to judge and reject your own uniqueness. You will learn how to meet your uniqueness with kindness and compassion.

Day 3:

Celebrating Difference

ADHD brains function differently to ‘neuro-typical’ brains, which brings many unique talents and potentialities. You will learn how to celebrate what makes your brain special and how to support these potentials.

Day 4:

Identifiying Your Unique Needs

When we understand and learn to meet the needs of our ADHD brain, we can thrive and reach our full potential. You will be guided to understand your needs, along with how to meet them and advocate for them.

Day 5:

Working With Your Nervous System

A dysregulated nervous system impacts our ADHD brain, and our ADHD brain can dysregulate our nervous system. You will learn this important connection, along with what it takes to bring regulation and balance.
