Each day, you’ll be unlocking a foundational 20-30 minute video lesson that will help you understand your attachment style, uncover how it may be impacting your life, and begin to map your path to improving how you relate to yourself and others.
You’ll also receive a daily worksheet to help you reflect on and build a deeper understanding of the content covered that day as it relates to you and your situation.
Day 1:
Attachment Styles 101
On Day 1, I’ll introduce you to four of the most common attachment styles, discuss the 3 core emotional needs we all have, and touch upon nervous system health.
Day 2:
Secure Attachment
On Day 2, we’ll be exploring the signs of a secure attachment style and the childhood conditions that create it. You’ll also be able to download a checklist to help you identify how many elements of secure attachment you already have.
Day 3:
Anxious Attachment
On Day 3, we’ll be delving into the signs of an anxious attachment style, look at the parenting styles that create this type of attachment and explore how this relates to the nervous system.
Day 4:
Avoidant Attachment
On Day 4, we’ll be looking at avoidant attachment and the conditions which create it. We will also go through a checklist to help you identify how many elements of this style you have.
Day 5:
Disorganised Attachment
On the last day of the series, we’ll be exploring disorganised attachment style, the parenting styles which create it, and how it relates to the nervous system.
