How will the live session work?
From 5pm GMT / 12pm EST / 9am PST on Thursday, 5 March, Alex will host a live two-hour workshop on Zoom where he'll share his groundbreaking framework to understand and heal the nervous system. You'll also get the chance to ask questions throughout the workshop.
