Learn to set boundaries, advocate for yourself and cultivate self-love

As children, we learnt that the surest way to stay connected to the people we needed was to put their feelings, their needs, and their comfort ahead of our own. It was an intelligent adaptation at the time. The problem is that what kept us safe then is now subtly running our relationships, our work, and the way we treat ourselves.
We over-give and feel resentful.
We say yes when every part of us means no.
We tolerate dynamics we know aren’t right, and then wonder why we feel so depleted.
You can't change what you can't yet see, which is why this course starts with mapping where these patterns came from and the core wound underneath them. From there, you’ll learn to recognise the relationship dynamics that keep you abandoning yourself - including the subtle ones - and build the practical skills to set boundaries that actually hold, even when other people push back.

Discover how you adapted to get your core emotional needs met and the wound it created in you. Armed with this knowledge you will be equipped to start healing this wound and start putting yourself first.

Recognise the patterns that keep you abandoning yourself, understand toxic relationships and walk away with clear on what you need to do to re-balance toxic relationships.

No more saying yes when you really mean no. Meet demands on your time, emotions and energy with confidence and recogniton of what you need.

90 minute sessions · Live teaching, practice and Q&A · Lifetime access to recordings
The roots of self-abandonment lie in childhood: in what we learnt about our core emotional needs, and the ways we had to adapt to get them met. To change these patterns now, we first need to understand where they came from.

Putting others’ needs ahead of our own is driven by a core wound — we give to others what, deep down, we most need ourselves. But no amount of giving on the outside will heal how we feel on the inside. In this session we go directly to that wound, and to what it actually takes to heal it.

To change the dynamics in our relationships, we first need to see them clearly. We teach people how to treat us — and to teach them something different, we need honest clarity about what’s happening right now.

As the inner healing deepens and you get better at spotting these patterns, you need the skills to create real change. We can’t control how others react when we set a boundary — but we can learn to stay steady in our own deeper truth.

Our relationship patterns were shaped over decades, and it takes more than a few weeks to reshape them fully. This final session makes sure you leave equipped to keep building on everything you’ve learnt and can be successful in truly shaping your relationships the way you deserve.
