What is Therapeutic Meditation?
Therapeutic Meditation is a meditation practice designed specifically for therapeutic healing. Whereas traditional meditation practices can be focused on spiritual pursuits, or learning to relax, Therapeutic Meditation is very specifically designed to support your mental, physical and emotional healing.
This 13-week supported training program is designed for both those new to meditation, and those who already have a practice, to develop an effective and consistent regular practice of Therapeutic Meditation.

What is included in the program?
Fortnightly live training (with recordings)
Alex will lead a fortnightly 1-hour live training teaching the core principles of Therapeutic Meditation and answering questions from participants.
Recordings will be available, so don’t worry if you can’t join live.
Fortnightly recorded meditation
Every other week there will be a pre-recorded meditation which you can download and use to practice that week's training.
