Therapeutic Meditation is a meditation practice designed specifically for therapeutic healing. Whereas traditional meditation practices can be focused on spiritual pursuits, or learning to relax, Therapeutic Meditation is very specifically designed to support your mental, physical and emotional healing.
This 6-week supported training program is designed for both those new to meditation, and those who already have a practice, to develop an effective and consistent regular practice of Therapeutic Meditation.
